Traceability Director Healthcare, GS1 Global Office, Brussels, Belgium (2007- )
The work done by Janice on this is extremely important with regards to patient safety worldwide. She has shown during working on this project that she is able to lead an international group composed of different stakeholders from across the world; that she is able to deal with difficult and complex facts as well as driving consensus on difficult topics with participants who have different interests. Thereby she is very good in delivering according to the objectives and timelines, overcoming these difficulties in a tactful but persistent way. Therefore she ensures that she understands all related facts and matters and ensures that they are discussed in a balanced and respectful manner.
In her work she develops and maintains good and trustful business relationships which help her to achieve her goals.
Janice communicates clearly, effectively and openly while respecting others opinions and creates thereby the right atmosphere of open and frank discussions. She handles conflicts and difficult situations with the right approach of fairness and is therefore able to find appropriate compromises.
She can be trusted also with confidential information, which is important in the sensitive environment of this project.

I have worked extensively with Janice in her former role with J&J and in GS1 (since the creation of A.I.M. Consulting) and have always found her to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the medical device supply chain. Furthermore Janice is effective and efficient and brings enthusiasm to any project on which she is working. June 21, 2010
